ORDERING

Can I modify my order?

If your order has yet to be processed, please email info@boxtotalstyle.com. We can not modify your order once it has been made and prepped for shipping.

What happened to items that were in my shopping cart?

If the purchase is completed, placing items into your shopping cart only guarantees the items. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed. If we cannot complete your order, we will notify you by email immediately.

Do past drops restock?

You can contact us at sales@boxtotalstyle.com to be added to the restock list.

How can I be updated to new drops and release dates?

Sign up for SMS messaging and our newsletter to stay posted on our latest drops and restocking. It is also a good idea to follow us on Instagram @boxtotalstyle.

Damaged order? 

Please take a picture and email us at info@boxtotalstyle.com as soon as you receive your order.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship? 

In stock, orders are processed and shipped within [1-2 ] business days. Pre-sale/pre-order orders ship out 10-15 business days from the closing date of Pre-sale/pre-order.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We do offer worldwide shipping but are unable to ship to the following: Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Russia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.

Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs and duties regarding your order. These fees are your responsibility, and Boxtotalstyle.com has no control over them. If you have questions about customs and duty fees, please get in touch with your local customs.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our Boston, Mass, or Maine facility.

My order has yet to arrive, but it says it has.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Pre-orders/pre-sales are not exchangeable. If you have any questions about fitment, please use our online chat. We have this located on our product pages. Please email us at sales@boxtotalstyle.com for any further information.

BUNDLES

What are bundles? 

At BOX TOTAL, bundles are two or more products that we have selected to offer at a 20% discount. We get it. You've finally found your perfect combination. We want you to have that boxer's flair, so enjoy more of a discount on us!

Do I need to buy a bundle through the bundles page?

No. If we detect you have added a bundle to the cart by adding the product one at a time, we'll automatically add the discount.

GARMENT CARE

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

At BOX TOTAL, we provide custom garment care bags specifically made for washing your new timeless pieces. Cold wash only, tumble dry low, do not iron cloth patches, satin patches, lettering, rubber logos, or any artwork. Sometimes, the garment should be dry-clean only; this will be marked on your garment.
